People tried to make it sound like it supposed to be. I think girls who cheat get tons of name calling than guys. But Cheating is Cheating no matter if its the guy or the girl. Simple as that! Do unto others as you would like it be done unto you! Good luck!

if the girl gets pregenant and doesn't tell the man then he is stuck spending the next 20 plus years devoting time and resources into rasing someone elses kid. If the guy gets a girl pregenant while cheating and the woman calls him out then he must pay child support, or leave his girl friend and stay with the other girl.
morally it's both wrong.

Sure is. It's alright for a guy, that's nature's way. Just kidding. No, there's no difference. There could be a difference in how they do it or the motivation, but it's a nasty thing to do.
