-wash your face with neutrogena oil free acne wash in the morning and at night and be sure your pillows and sheets are clean.
-I also recommend a mint mask. what you do is put it on a clean face every night before you go to bed and put a rag in hot water and put it on your face after you get that mask on. leave it on there until the the rag starts to cool and then go wash it off with warm water.
-Always pat try you face with a clean, soft towel.
if you have a problem with your skin drying out use a moisturizer that is made specifically for blemish prone skin.
-Don't stress.
-Be sure you take a mulit vitamin every day and avoid chocolate and greasy and processed fast food and soda.
-Don't touch your face at all ever.
-When you wash you face be sure you wash your hands first.
-And be sure to never scrub your face...that irritates your skin and causes you to break out worse.
-When you do wash your face, always do it in warm water. If its to hot it make your face very red all the time.

You know what I used back in the day..
crushed asprin mixed with water to form a paste
asprin has the same ingredient that the expensive cleaners have
I use to leave it on for a few until it dried then washed my face with plain water, after 30 min wash your face normally. The next day, you should see a difference. I use to do this 2 times a week.
I would test though to make sure your skin doesnt have a reaction to the ingredient. some people do

This is what i have determined... Acne has several problems: inflammation ( from bacterial infection, immune response), bacterial infection, and the oil feeding the bacteria. I used to have acne and i have helped my friends clear theirs. its actually pretty simple and it works for almost anyone. use Dial antibacterial soap and a soft towel to wash your face while in the shower. This takes care of bacteria by removing and killing it. if there is redness try high gamma vitamin E. before you wash leave it there for an hour on the acne then when youre ready to shower(night is best) wash with the soap. Mind you dont be afraid of the drying effect it closes the pores and prevents further entrance of bacteria. you should be fine. Good blessings
ps Aspirin may work because it is an anti inflammatory like Vitamin E, i personally recommend vit E though

Listen, I'm going to be straight up and honest with you. I had the worst acne problem like ever, PROACTIVE DIDN'T even work for me. MURAD on the other hand clears up more than just acne. I donno about the other skin problems that there is but i think its rosaisa or something but MURAD clears up skin so much it doesn't matter what it is. PLUS proactive is like a three step procedure thats a real hassle and the commercials say its not BUT IT REALLY is. Murad acne face wash is a one step thing and thats it. it makes your face feel so good too. my skin was sensitive but i had the worst kind of acne so i couldn't use the stuff on my face that would make the acne go away because it was too harsh. USE MURAD ITS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED AND I LITERALLY USED OVER TWENTY PRODUCTS ON MY FACE!!! seriously, i had to write a list of everything i used because i went to my dermatologist. okay well i hope it works for you because i guarantee it. BYE!

I wash my face with a mild soap (I use Coast) then with Clearasil Ultra Daily Face Wash.
Works pretty good. Oh, and lay off the fast food.

i have a bad acne problem as well...i use deep clean scrub on my face at night, when i am taking a shower. And then i use dep clean/non-oily on the mornings. It works really well. It is one of the few things that i am NOT allegic to. I HIGHY suggest it. Or at least samples of it.

Most people don't realize peroxide kills the bacteria on your face. Once you've don't that put a light face moisturizer. Not regular lotion! get the stuff for your face from Walgreen's or somewhere.

Proactiv is awesome.........but it is on the expensive side.
Saint Ives Apricot scrub blemish and blackhead control works really well and it is way less expensive than proactiv.
Hope it helps.
also drinking lemon water(water with lemon juice in it) everyday will also keep u from breaking out.

wash your face with vinegar and water daily.(not too much) it will clear up your face and if you have pimples elsewhere take a bath in the mixture and it will clear up. Then when it is clear, just every so often repeat the procedure.
