i heard if you hear huming in your left ear it means someone is talking about you but what about your right ear any one know?

If it's not caused by any external source then you have tinnitus which is a ringing, humming, or buzzing in your ear. It's not fatal and most people get it eventually. I have it too and I've learned how to just ignore the sound because it won't go away. You have to ignore it or you go crazy.

It means that your left ear is happier than your right ear. If you heard humming in your right ear it would then mean that your right ear was happier than your left ear. If you hear humming in both ears then both ears are happy. If you do not hear humming in either of your ears then neither of your ears are happy.

Your left ear is humming or ringing they are talking bad about you, if it's your right ear, they are talking good. Or it could just be a big bumble bee! =)

Your ear is probably "stopped up". Go to the local drug store and buy an ear wash kit. Wax build up I'm sure.
