I'm Catholic.

I believe that God provided a Savior for mankind's redemption. And the Holy Spirit is at work wherever people are carrying on works of mercy and compassion in God's name. I also feel that the Holy Spirit has a hand in heightening spiritual awareness.

The central belief for Catholics is our faith in the real presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.

Not surprisingly, that is also where the work of the Holy Spirit is most visible, because it is the Holy Spirit who changes bread and wine into the real and substantial body, blood, soul, and divinity of the risen Christ at every Mass.

At Mass, those with spiritual "eyes" can actually see heaven open, and witness the Spirit descending like a dove on the gifts of bread and wine, much like he first descended on Jesus when he was baptized in the Jordan river.

How rarely a man's love for nature becomes a ruling principle with him, like youth's affection for a maiden, but more enduring.
All nature is my bride.

Take the time to look around and thank God for it!
