It is different for each truck, the code will be located on the keyless entry module that is located behind the panel in the rear of the truck, if unsure go by your local dealer.

dealer rip off deal...they charge 25 to 60 dollars for a 1 minute code entry just had one done. shop around for best price.

Each vehicle has its own code. There is no single code that works on all of them. That would be insane!

pull your rear panel,theres a box on top of your wheel well it will have a box with a five digit number on it.some of these are able to see without removing panel completely

it varies from vehicle to vehicle. otherwise anyone could get in your car that knew that years, make etc. code.
