I'm only 16, but I am pretty curvy.
I eat healthy, play sports and excercise, but I can't be as skinny some some girls.
I'm by no means "chubby", I have average sized breasts and a flat stomach, its just my waist hips and thighs are a little bit curvy.
I have a 27 1/2 inch waist and like almost 39 inch hips.
I was just wondering how guys feel about that? I was under the impression curves were okay, but then sometimes I feel bad because I have to get bigger size pants because my butt and hips were so big.
It's okay, isn't it?

Curvy hips are okay.
Guys love soft curves on women. in fact, they prefer it.
When I was Miss Toronto or competing for Miss Canada, my hips were about 38 inches. With a 27 inch waist and 34 inch bust. I felt in adequate, ashamed and disgusting when I compared myself to the other women.
However, at the end of the day, I look back and I had the most volumptuous and feminin shape in the contest. In the photos, my body shape made the other girls look bad. Why? Because curves are desireable and they are beautiful.
For example, when you see a femme fatale, she has curvy hips and a full chest. Why? It looks killer in swimwear, inasanely good in evening wear, and men love it.
So honestly, never question your size or your shape. Curves are hot, it took me a long time to embrace them and when I did, I was winning pageants, and got lots of modelling work. All because, curves are hot, but, they don't do you any good when you're fighting against them.
Work with them, and those curves will work for you.
So yes, men love love LOVE curves. It's feminin and their inbred radar goes off when they see them. It tells them you are ALLLLLLLL WOMAN, and that's something nature programmed in.
But, like I said before, those curves will do nothing for you if you're ashamed of them.

LOL, you have the exact measurements I do. I was reading and just nodding all the way through lol. Yes, guys love curves! Honestly celebrate your body shape and be proud.
I have read that bigger hips and a smaller waist means that you are more healthy and have less risk of developing heart disease or diabetes. Take care : )

hey girl.. im 17 and i have just as curvy of hips are you do...
dont worry..
cuz when bikini season comes around we are the girls who get checked out..
not the pin thin girls with no butt..
so dont worry..
if people say anything mean about it.. (even tho they should be over that seeing how ur 16) then they are just jealous..
and as for guys...
they are jealous cuz theyre girlfriends dont look like that..
bigger sizes dont matter..
as long as u look good.. a size 8 doesnt hurt anyone

I think curvy hips can be beautiful. I remember a BEAUTIFUL young woman at a trade school I went to a few years ago. She was around 20 years old, not big breasted, normal size stomach but obviously "hippy", and a great personality. Everyone who knew her liked her, and I remember one young man who was sitting in his car in the school parking lot and saw her as she ran across the school lawn trying to catch up with someone before they drove away, and this young man started "howling" like a love-struck wolf, and playfully "fell" out of his car onto the lot as he obviously acted out his way of expressing just how gorgeous he thought she was. I thought it was so funny, and yet so complimentary to her that when I was in my next class with her, I just HAD to tell her, and she loved it. Believe me, curvy hips can be BEAUTIFUL. God Bless you.

Sweetie, absolutely! That is fine. My man and every other man I come across absolutely likes the fact that I have a big *** and nice curvy hips. As you get older, you will notice why it's a good thing. If you don't notice it, I"m sure someone will tell you why.

ur semi curvy, no longer fat yet no longer lots female. i'd not get a piercing der coz i had a fwend who's sis were given a million & she had 2 go2 well being center coz of an infection, pus develop into comin outa her abdomen button!!!! eeeewww i understand! soz i prob placed u off notwithstanding that's tru!! xx

Of course it's okay! I wish I had your body! I've noticed that most of my guy friends are more attracted to girls with great curves.

i think its fine.. i am just like you! my bf says he lovessss how skinny i am and that he absolutely loves curves.. guys say they like the curves of women who are bigger, but when the girl is skinny and has those curves, its just better
i'd say consider yourself lucky
