Yes, me too............In fact, I can walk out to my kitchen with my eyes closed (mostly) and make a pot of coffee..........Then as it brews, I sit and watch the news and enjoy the aroma until it fills the pot..........Some days I drink it black....other days I will add a little creamora....I really enjoy it..........Oh, and in the evening I drink only decaffinated.........

Thats what we call an addiction. Like any addiction we get sick without it. We get headaches. If i miss my coffee in morning when i head out in public i go looking for a coffee shop like some junkie. lol. I gotta have my coffee in the morning or stay 50 feet away from me. Need my cafe. After my second sip? Ahhhhhh. Now you can talk to me.
Take care.

Headache signals caffeine addiction; if the effects of caffeine are causing you any problems, you can wean yourself off (or just less) caffeine by mixing decaf (tastes the same!) with your regular coffee.
People often say they get a headache from decaf, but actually the headache is caused by the deprivation of caffeine.
Personally I don't like the feeling of addiction, because eventually it always gets stronger, requiring more coffee, or whatever the substance is.

I am addicted to coffee. I even freeze the morning leftovers so I can mush it up in a blender and have coffee milkshakes later. My best friend tried to quit coffee cold-turkey and missed three days of work because of the headaches and nausea. I wouldn't know because I have never wanted to quit.

I had coffee once at my Senior Prom.
I didn't care for it and haven't had it for the last 36 years.
I never get a headache.

I'm blessed. I stopped drinking coffee two years ago and have never endured a headache as so many people do. I'm now working on my chocolate addiction.

Coffee is addictive, but in a good way. I think it's one of those food items that over the many years of its use has become almost a nutritional necessity.
