If there was an AntiChrist what form would it come to earth in. Would it be a national ruler or perhaps a religious figure? There is no actual mention of the AntiChrist in Revelations, not does Jesus mention him. Where in the Bible is there mention of a false Christ image?

The Bible and Christianity/Judaism, along with ALL religions, is MOSTLY mythology and allegory. It does reference some true historical events, but it was written by humans and is therefore not perfect. There are some good precepts for living contained in it, but I don't think it's healthy to wrap yourself up in it and take it literally.
But hey, to each his own; and I won't bother you if you don't bother me.

I do believe that the AntiChrist will one day reign on this earth. The doctrine of Eschatology has never been my favorite - perhaps because it is filled with so much symbolism which I find confusing.
Several scripture references have already been posted. In the Old Testament Daniel received prophecies about future events - particularly ch. 8-12.
No one knows exactly what form the antichrist will take. I think he will be a political figure who will promise peace. Just my opinion. He/she could very well be a religious leader. Peace is what the world is desperate for. He will no doubt be charismatic and able to sway the masses. Hitler was like that - scary. I can envision it happening - that's even worse. When? I don't make any guesses about that. People have been making fools of themselves for years claiming the end is near.

Revelation chapter six, should help explain this. Also Revelaton chapter 13 where it talks about the mark of the beast. Which is the anti christ,
The anti christ will be a dynamic leader the firs three and a half years of the tribulation and will bring a false peace to all nations, but during the last three and a half years he will break this treaty of peace with all nations , this is when all hell will break loose. If you closely read Revelation you will find the anti christ and the false prophet,

You should read a student bible that will better help you out understanding end times. In Reavalations it tells of a beast that will rise out of the middle east to bring a false peace that will only last for so long. He will feed into everyones needs and produce nothing but lies and hurt among thoses who where not raptured in the first pass. Watch or read the left behind series. The movie explains alot get all 3.

I hear ya about the reading glasses lol
Yes, the Scriptures support a Anti-Christ coming, he will be human, will have all the answers to our world problems, so everyone will love him for awhile, after he gets everyone's trust, he then wants all to believe he's god, and then all hell breaks lose because that's when people will say hey wait a minute. (paraphrased lol) These are some of the verses,
1John 2:18, 2:22, 4:3, 2John:7

The 'man of sin' and the 'AntiChrist' are the same

Here are verses, hope it helps.

1Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers, 2not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by some prophecy, report or letter supposed to have come from us, saying that the day of the Lord has already come. 3Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for (that day will not come) until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction.

...AND HE WILL DECEIVE MANY !

""And the lawless one will be revealed who the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming, that is the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and signs and false wonders and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved. And for this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they might believe what is false, in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness." 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12
