ok so me and this guy have been inviting each other to do differnt things, like he invited me to his party and i invited him to the movies and he invited me to rock climbing and i invited him to theses haunted houses, anyways neither of us can make it when one of us invites the other to go somwhere.
so i was like lets do something like sat or whenever, and he like i have a swim meet, but it will be over be at one, so does that mean that i should ask him somewhere on sat?or do i wait for him? i don't wanna sound to eager.

You're not to eager. Guys love a girl who's into them. Just call him and work out a time. No big deal. He's definately not blowing you off. So you have nothing to worry about.

I found your question VERY irritating! Then I had to remember that I was once 16 and annoying too. So I'll try to be kind a answer your question.
Do you "like" this guy and want to date him? If you do, then don't give up trying to hook up with him. If he's really interested in going out with you, then he'll keep on trying to set something up.

A suggestion: next time you ask a question, give us the Reader's Digest version. We really don't need ALL the information and dialog.

i have the same problem with a girl i like, and i say ask him somewhere, the more time u spend together the more comfortable he will be to ask him out, if thats what ur aiming for.

sounding too eager is really bad. so i would wait for him. if he really wants to do something on saturday he'll ask if you're free after 1.

I love that chunkey monkey IceCream LOL
As to your question.... you two should decide on a definite time, so it doesn't look like you were waiting for him all day.

If he told you he was done at one he is saying that he is free at that time. Make plans to do something with him at one

i have recently had the same situation. i have decided to stop asking him. whenever he is ready to do something he will ask me. if he asks me i will have to go. i am "putting the ball in his court," as they say. i will also not get mad if he never asks me. it was never meant to be if he never asks me out. if he is too chicken to, then it is also his loss! i have no time to play games. and you will not sound needy or to desperate. just let him come to you and see how it goes! GOOD LUCK!!!!
