Breasts are essentially fat tissue, supported by the pectoral muscles.

Without external augmentation, the only sure ways to increase bust size naturally are:

1) increase fat tissue
2) increase pectoral muscles.
3) body prepares to breastfeed

The problem with #1 is obvious - fat is typically gained somewhat uniformly across all body areas - including buttocks, waist, thighs, face, etc. But depending how svelte you are, many ladies report a slight increase in body fat doing wonders for their breasts.

Working #2 through strength and resistance training sometimes helps, but many ladies report that results in more toning than muscle size increase. Many women just don't pack on a lot of chest muscle through bench presses and similar.

Issues with #3 are obvious.

Best to you.

Hi, I wanted to tell you about my experience with the CurvyBust cream. I'm 24 years old and I've spent pretty much my whole life wishing I had slightly larger breasts. I'm normally a size A, I'd love to be a size B, especially when I wear certain kinds of low cut tops. I have a good figure, and I like what I have, but every now and then I would like a little bit more. Even if I had the money, (which I don't because I am a college student with loans to pay off), I would never consider going under the knife just to go up 1 cup size. So that's been my dilemma.
I found out about curvybust cream when I was flipping through (Yahoo Answers). To be honest with you, I'm not the type of girl who would consider spending money on a cream that promises to increase breast size. It just seems like an impossible thing to claim. But there were three reasons that I decided to go for it:

1) I contacted them via their website because I had a question about the cream being OK for sensitive skin (which it is, because it is made of natural botanical ingredients.)

2) I was really impressed by their customer service and willingness to explain everything to me. 3) They offered me a free 12 day supply with no obligation, (I just had to pay the shipping costs- I wasn't too thrilled with that but it was still worth it to get the free product).

Well, it's actually working! There is a noticeable difference in the size of my breasts! It's only been 10 days, and they say that the true final results won't appear until about the 4-6 month time frame, but based on what I can see, (and what my boyfriend can feel) there's definitely a difference. My breasts are standing out more, and they are fuller and rounder. Sometimes I am able to go out without a bra, now I can't. And I have a feeling that I might have to actually buy new bras if the growth continues. I'm looking forward to seeing how the next month goes. There might actually be a size B in my future! Woohoo!

Maybe a water bra, I've heard their are pills out their to increase bust size. But their are so many false advertisements. I am very small too, I was really upset for awhile, but i've gone to accept my body. And a lot of runway models have small tatas. Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, the Olson Twins, etc have small busts. Don't worry to much about it.

I'm with ya sister. I am 14 and am like A32 or a small B32. Instead of increasing your breast size why don't you gt bathing suits that complement/ amp up your chest. For example ruffle front bathing suit tops. They add some shape up top. Or bathing suits with those padded circle cups. Then you will feel self confident and look good too.

sweetheart... if I knew this i would be rich, however I too am small in the bust area there are soooo many ways besides plastic surgery ( i refuse to have anything done that alters my bodies natural form) like victorias secret very sexy push up convertable bra! I swear by this bra its the only one I wear check it out you might like it! also if you yourself dont feel happy with it go ahead with the surgery but I gotta tell you some guys love small breasts (naturally perky and pretty)

If you are meant to have the boobs you will grow them the natural way.
Push up bras, duct tape. Just wait, tell the truth they are not what they are cracked up to be. They get in the way, the good bras are expensive, you get older they bag and sag and have a mind of their own. No matter what other people say love yourself, we are all made differently.
