shes legally blind but can see a lil does anyone kno of a software that we can get so she can use the computer?

I think it called "Win Eyes". Real good as it talks whatever you move the cursor over. Many Blind people use it. I had it at one time on a Laptop.
I try to find you some links and add as I do.
Blindsoftware below may have some free stuff. You just need to check it out.
