It is over four inches thick, should I cut it into steaks?

If grilling, sear each side onhigh heat (about 5 minutes or until the steak comes off the grates easy). Then move the meat to a cooler spot on the grill to cook until med rare. You can marinade them with italian dressing or beer before hand for flavor. I use salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and let the meat flavor come through.
