I'm talking about like 1-2 lobe piercings and just 1 cartilage.

I don't think classy is the word. CLASSY means Elegance, the attribute of being tastefully designed, decorated and maintaining refined grace and dignified propriety
I would say multi-piercings is cool, trendy and faddish.

One piercing is classy, two mabey.
A cartilige pushes the "classy" envelope
so i suggust if you want to do the whole piercing thing just stick with 1-2 on the lobe and nothing else.

As long as you don't loop them all together with a chain that also attaches to the eye brow and belly button piercing you forgot to mention. I'm just kidding. The Cartilage piercings are nice and look nice with a very small gold hoop or a tiny diamond stud. Take care of it though. I've heard it can take up to a year for cartilage piercings to heal.

Maybe not classy but not thrashy either. If you get to a point in your professional life where the extra piercings aren't working for you, take them out, they'll close. Piercings are not a lifetime commitment. Just remember if you listen to these other people and decide not to get a peircing based solely on their opinions, will you be lying on your death bed thinking, I wish I would have gotten one more piercing, even if I decided to take it out, I still wish I would have had that experience.

A few piercings would look nice, classy, and you'll stand out, but in a good way. Too many piercings can be okay if you like hanging out with people who like wearing lots of piercings. It really depends on you though. Choose wisely.

Classy? Absolutely not classy. Class is defined taste of Style. Piercing is barbarian and has never been accepted by any upper class protocol or in the Fortune 500 Companies when hiring.
Save your young urge and go design a awesome dress instead.

Multiple piercings look cool on ears but if you want them you have to accept the fact that you will proabably have a lot of pain and soreness in your ears after you have them pierced. Just don't get crazy and pierce all over your face. which looks horrible and leaves a little hole in your nose or where ever else you get it pierced.

ONLY if you keep the jewelry classic and simple.
Overdone is overdone. Lets face it, jewelry can go pretty overboard.
1 for each lobe and a cartilage
OR
2 in each obe NO cartilage

No. Whenever I see someone with multiple piercings, it makes me think they are a punk. I would say not classy at all!

I have Three on one ear and two on the other. Think they
look great. The one i got in the cartilage took some time to
heal, but i love it.
