How much time do you spend every day praying? if you do pray that is?

I just spotted the question you posted asking everyone to pray for you. The question was resolved, and I'm glad you're feeling better, but I wanted you to know that I'm adding you into my prayers today just because I want God to know that your message touched my heart.

I say prayers at night, asking God's intervention for a variety of things... mostly for the protection of children in trouble (esp. Amber Alerts), for people who are oppressed (Darfur), for those in the military who are putting their lives on the line for us, and for government leaders around the world. I pray that they will be guided to do God's work in their daily lives and decisions.

I also pray that I can be a positive influence on those who have a shaky faith .. or no faith at all. And I ask for patience... I am not a patient person, and tend to be critical of others. I'm always asking for help with that.

But I actually talk to God throughout the day, sending up little thoughts, prayers, reflections and a LOT of THANK YOU's. I'm blessed to see God working in my life a lot... whether it's a stunning nature scene or finding the toll money just when I think I don't have enough change.

Small miracles? Answered prayers? I only know it's not of me, but of God, and I never take it for granted.

I talk to God all the time. I don't pray on a regular basis, but when I do, it's usually 3 - 5 minutes.

Only a few minutes usually. I should pray more.

I spend 2.5 hours per day <10%> of a 24 hour day
This time also includes Bible reading time....

i try to pray a little in the morning when i get up and i spend a few minets at nite before i try to go to sleep...

probably only like 1/2-1 hour. not as much as i would like to.
