I'm doing some research for a project and I want to gather some information. What aspects of your baby stroller do you hate, love, want, could do without? Be very specific if you can. Please take your time, I value your answer very much.

I was given a Graco Metrolite when I was pregnant with my first child. I hated how big it was. It took up the whole back of my car. It was bulky and awkward and took two hands to steer. Also, I live in Minnesota, in the Twin Cities, and I thought it was awful over curbs and in the snow. But I liked its big basket, and its snack tray and cupholders.

As soon as my baby was big enough, I stopped using the Metrolite so often and started using a Chicco umbrella stroller. I can't remember the model, but it was something from their higher end. It's pretty no frills, but I use strollers a lot, and it lasted me through two years of abuse, and many, many airplane trips, including one to Europe.

I had a second child when my first was two weeks past her second birthday. I needed a double stroller, but I hated all the side-by-sides I tried. Too hard to steer, too wide, too big, hard to maneuver through stores, the library, work, etc. Plus, those have to be AWFUL in the snow.

So I found a used Phil & Ted's E3 with a toddler seat. I love that I can use it as a single when my older child wants to walk or I only have one of them with me. I love that the seating can be configured different ways. I love that it steers like a dream, with only one hand, and that it handles curbs, unpaved areas, and snow great. The fold is awful, it doesn't clip shut when folded, and it's big when it's folded. Plus, you have to add on stuff if you want a snack tray or cupholders or any of that jazz, and that makes it less sleek and harder to pack up at the end of the day. And I don't like that the kid in the back has his/her feet in the basket, so it's basically unusable when you're pushing two. But overall, I think it was a good stroller for me, and the only other one I would have considered was the Valco Rebel with a toddler seat, and I don't think it would have carried both kids for long (low weight limit).

I think, in the end, there is no such thing as the perfect stroller. You just have to figure out what it is that you want to DO with a stroller, try a bunch out, figure out what your kids will tolerate, and buy the best quality you can possibly afford.

I can tell most of the answers aren't all that helpful. I would suggest going to the Baby Bargains website--I believe it's babybargains.com. They have a stroller section where other people have posted reviews and recommendations and I'm sure you could find a lot of information. I have a Graco Metrolite. It's inexpensive and works well. I wish it folded down smaller and had deeper and wider cupholders as a water bottle is tall and it won't allow the canopy thing to pull back all the way. If I fill my own water bottles, they are too wide to fit in the cupholder.

Hi I hate the way the velcro pad comes undone all the time. I finally dumped the stoller yeaterday. I also hate the way the new stroller seats are, they do not lay back far enough. When my son falls a sleep he is sitting up some, so his head is falling to one side, and it looks like his neck is hurting...........

To start with, graco pushchairs have uniquely designed handles make it easier to maneuver, which is surely a good idea while you roam around shelves and corners in the grocery, the mall or the park. And while glide your way along paths, it has easy one-touch foot brakes to lessen your worries.

I would not have the stroller if there was something I did not like about it.
