Wow, there are literally tens of thousands of examples... Basically, fossil species/genera/families/etc show systematic, incremental changes in morphology through time - descent with modification. They also show past biogeographies in keeping with Evolutionary Theory. Descendant forms are located near the hypothesised ancestral forms. A neat example is the evolution of the horse in North America:
