If this is a new computer it could be because you haven't registered it.

Click tools...internet options...enter the address of a website in the box at top and make sure to click apply...if you don't click apply it won't save it.

You are a victum of spyware. try scanning the system with an anti-spyware program to remove the problem. Sometimes one anti-spyware program cannot fix all problems. You can try another one, A good and free one to use is spybot search and destroy. Google it and download it. Can also try to uninstall IE7 and reinstall it.

tools at top, click it and then click internet options.. type in home page . then click ok : )

right hit >properties>general .tab place in new address. hit . apply and ok
