i usually tip them a few bucks- i usually spend about $15-$18 on a cut/dry/style (yes, im CHEAP!!!) and tip about $4-$8 depending on how well they did. I guess the more you spend though, the more you would tip.

It depends....I will usually tip a regular hair dresser 15-20%. If it is the owner i dont tip.

Unless they are the owner of the Salon you should tip them at least 5 dollars.

im a stylist....I dont expect to be tipped but I take it as a sign of a good job when I get tipped. My regular well tipping clients can get me to come in early, stay late, squeze them in, and are the 1st to know of new stuff....

Depends really... if its a franchise I don't... but if its a proprietorship, I'd do 0% -10% depending on the quality of the job.

I might be convinced to part with 15% if its someone I went to for a while.

i tipped mine €5 last time coz she spent 2 1/2 hours doing it and did it brilliantly.what ever you feel i guess
