Yep. They sure do, I'm naturally thin but I lost a drastic amount of weight a couple of years ago and my breasts went from a nice C cup to a barely there A cup. As soon as I gained weight again they got bigger ;)
I'm sure If you lost some weight they would get smaller but don't loose too much weight! I did and I had bee stings for boobs!

yes, your chest is primarily fat...but just because you lose a few pounds doesn't mean you will lose it in your chest. Especially if you only have 10 lbs to lose.
Example: I was an itty bitty in high school and was a 36C, I gained over 50 lbs and I was at a size 38D...when I went into the military, I came back down and was very muscular and I stayed at a 34C for over 10 years...So, a C is my natural cup size and it isn't going to get much smaller than that - if I stay at a healthy weight.

I think everyone loses differently but it seems I loose weight in the breast first.

It doesn't happen to everyone, but it does happen often. You can actually do pectoral exercises. It builds up the muscle underneath the breast that makes them appear larger even if they've gone down a size.

it depends on how youre losing the weight. if youre are just trying to lose water weight (sauna, etc) you will probably not lose the weight in your breasts. if you lose weight by actually decreasing the amount of fat in your fat cells, the fat will be lost in all of the places where you have the most fat. so if in your case, this is your breasts, then yes. if its your thighs, arms, stomach, etc then you will lose the weight in those areas.

when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted
