There's a website called weightweenies.com. it shows the weight of bikes, components, everything. The lightest shoe they showed was one called Lust at 256g per pair for size 11 US, but they only have speedplay drillings.
Personally I think you could save weight elsewhere. Get a good stiff shoe that fits well.

DMT Kyoma 230 gr ea.
has a carbon sole and straps. I bought my brother a pair of Carnac Heliums which were very light at 265g but it was very apparent how much lighter the Kyomas were.
I got them at the Lehigh Velodrome bike flea market for $100 :) brand new.

It give description and all the spec's and made for guess who ( Lance ) of course.

There are alot of light riding shoes. Sidi, Adidas, Diadora, DMT, Carnac to name a few. It really depends how much you are willing to spend. A good light pair should cost around $120.

I really don't think that weight should be a priority. I think the big priority should be comfort. Take my opinion for what it may be worth to you.
