I have not changed anything in my diet or clothes or anything, but these are almost welt like, and I even have some on my arms

Not quite sure what it could be based on your symptoms, although it may be regular pimples. If they are raised and have small blisters, they may be shingles. A friend of mine discovered she had them a few weeks ago. Shingles is an outbreak of the virus which causes chickenpox. Sometimes, although it usually occurs in elders, it can break out again on areas around the back, neck, arms, etc. Sometimes it may be only on one side of the body. because our body continuously produces sebum especially in the face nose back chest & arms.. it is acne
