It sounds like molestation to me. You said you told your parents what happened but you don't think they believed you. Maybe they were hoping you would forget about it.
You should not be afraid to tell them about it. I don't know how long ago this happened and it doesn't really matter. The fact is that someone violated your body. If he was 12 when he did it, he may never have done it again. But I don't think that chance should be taken.
Please tell your parents or another trusted adult.

Your cousin did something that was inappropriate, cruel, selfish, stupid, gross, disrespectful and totally void of any good judgment or goodness. To me, doesn't matter if it was sexual or not. He crossed a line and should have been punished BIG TIME for it.
Hopefully, he grew up and learned some respect for other people. But my guess is, he's spent time in prison a time or two. Furthermore, I wouldn't put it beyond him to molest someone sexually as an adult if he didn't learn any good sense since then.
You were abused, point blank. If it were sexual, it probably would not have been pee coming out of his mouth but the official definition probably qualifies it at sexual. Just, with boys, everything involving the penis is fun and funny, not necessarily always sexual.
I'd get a way to get him back, some way, some how. Get a female friend of yours to shine up to him, volunteer to drink his 'bootle' and then !WHAM! or !SNIP! or !CHOMP!. Just an idea.

You were sexually assaulted, but a court would probably not convict a boy of 12.
I am a little concerned that your parents did nothing about the situation though. They probably did not talk about the situation because they thought you would forget about it. A three year old would hardly make up a story like that! In my experience, kids will lie to get out of trouble, they don't lie to make trouble for themselves.
There is nothing wrong with choosing a time and telling your parents that you remember something from your childhood that you would like to discuss with them. Remind them what he did to you. You have nothing to be ashamed about. In fact, parents who ignored their child after telling them something so significant, were, in my opinion, ignoring their child's emotional well-being. You deserve an explanation.
When you have children of your own, make sure your "radar" is on when your children are around adolescents - and your cousin.

I think your cousin was just an immature turd. It was more like sexual assault? wait wait...i'm not sure if that would be right. I wouldn't really call it molesting because he didn't touch you. I don't know what it is, but that was a long time ago, and if you brought it up, i'm sure no one would really make a big deal. I feel sorry for you. Now can you go kick your cousin's ***?? or get some revenge? TELL HIM you'll get him a drink, and pee in it with ice! =) *what goes around, comes around*

Yes you were molested and shame on your parents for not doing something about it.
Your cousin NEEDS to be accountable for this. If he did this to you the chances are he will do it to others.
Go to the cops if you have to. You may need some counseling. This was NOT your fault. He is a very nasty person

Yes, you were molested. His age at the time has nothing to do with this. He was old enough to know it was wrong. As for your parents, it could be that it is painful for them, or they may feel like you blame them for it, (I am sure you don't). Or they may hope you don't remember. Just sit down and talk to them about it. tell them that you don't blame them, it wasn't there fault. It wasn't your's either. But you need to talk about this with people you love and who love you. Good luck, if it helps I was molested as well.

That's nasty and yes that was being molested except in a very unusual way...Your cousin should know better then to pee in your mouth by the age of 12..He shouldn't even be doing that...That's just plain nasty and he probally regrets doing it...

Grosss! That's incest, of course it's child molesting. I think your parents do believe you, what kind of child would joke about that sort of thing? I just think that they want to forget about it becuase hes family. I'd keep a good distance away fro mthat cousin of yours. Was he your 1st cousin btw? Just nasty.

you were molested, but i doubt any jury would convict somebodey who was 12 at the time, they would say something about him not knowing what he was doing, and even if he didnt it was still wrong. it is possible your parants are trying to pretend it never happened, some people crack under pressuer like that.
