Question about windows media player 10...?

Question

I have alot of songs. (All bought mind you.) Here is my question. Whenever I start windows media player, all my music is jumbled up. I hit organize by artist. It takes a little while. But, when I shut it down, it becomes unorganized again. How do I organize by artist, then, keep it that way so it doesnt have to organize everytime I want to listen to music?
