nope. it you want to edit phots you can in win xp
from windows xp
what i done was. from windows xp . open a picture right hit on the picture hit on edit. windows xp. ms-paint will opne with the picture in then hit in edit > paste from. paste the pictures into the 1 ms-paint .by hitting on edit > paste from then hit on file .save as name the picture . then set the picture to save as a jpg image.
