How is the present American society influenced from other cultures, religions, etc from around the world? Are any of our customs originated from different countries?
On a side note, I'll also need a bibliography.

I just did a project in Travel and Tourism on this subject last semester. Try googling the question, and do it separately.

Yes, and Societies main influence would start with the individuals upbringing. I.E. if your raised to hate then you know no different and will not be the type of person to learn and broaden your horizons. On the other hand if you are raised to treat everyone as an equal then yes society as a general my be influenced by other cultures, religions, etc....
