There's got to be numbers for that somewhere. I do exercise 3-4 times/week and I've been doing it for years now.

But look around you. Most days the person to my left is overweight, the person to my right is overweight and most people driving their big vehicles are proportionately large...

I would say under 5% exercise regularlly AND consistently. By consistently I mean 2 - 3 times a week for a year or more.
Most people diet or look for the quick fix or "newest diet" .
People who exercise generally will do so for a very short period of time before quitting ..................
Which would be the reason why 67% of Americans are over weight with more than 30 % obese and 95% of those who lose weight gain it back

Realistically, it only takes about 3 hours a week and a little self education (such as taking the time to read the new USRDA guidelines) to make real and lasting changes

I do not want to sound facetious, but look at the population walking around. Granted you cannot judge a book by its cover, but if you look at the large guts I would say it is a very slim percentage that actually exercise regularly (3-6 times a week).

I wouldn't call exercising once a week regular exercise. To me regular exercise is some most days of the week, at least 4 or 5 days. Maybe 50% do this; no way to know for sure.

in case you may prefer to drop some pounds the undesirable information is its relatively complicated to objective a particular section as fat shops are used up from all over the physique and not basically one place. If it extremely is complicated to get the incentive my suggestion is do no longer do it too lots or too long. initiate elementary. suited fat loss comes once you're appearing at 60 to 70 % of your overall performance. initiate off by way of eating 2 glasses of water till now each meal (what you consume performs a significant function). SO...once you get domicile 2 glasses of water then at present into snug outfits and out for a 40 5 min - a million hr stroll. no longer sprinting yet no longer being lazy. in case you will stumble on a community close to to domicile that's a splash up and down. additionally mixture up the place u pass. try this 3-4 cases a week and your on your way. As u get greater healthy make it greater complicated. you will locate on the days u do no longer stroll u wont sense as stable.
