It worked against Japan. Do you think we could stop a long term war and make the insurgents surrender if we used a tactical nuke on them? I wouldnt ever want to see nukes used again ever but I am asking a hypothetical question.

First of all we droped an ATOMIC bomb on Japan,
and second of all, If we did all the nations will be in an uproar, and we might start a nuclear war. It would be WW3

Um, I take it you have never been to Iraq or even in the military? We already defeated Iraq. They surrendered. All hostilities have ceased. Didn't you hear Bush say that on the carrier? We are no longer at war with Iraq. We are at war with the insurgents, that are attacking Iraqi women, children, and old people. The insugents are cowards, that for the most part attack innocent people. The insurgents are nthing more tham women that have a penis. The insugents are not only Iraqi, but are from all over the world, trying to fight a 'holy war' for their bramd of Islam. The insurgents will not stop becaus of a nuclear bomb. The insugents we are fighting against are located throughout the world, including the USA. Should we bomb our own cities now?

Absolutely Not!!!! The use of The Atomic Bomb on Japan was terrible and people vowed never to use it again. It could lead to total nuclear devastation and anyway Bush's ill-comceived Iraq War has put the world in terrible trouble already

No it would just cause more to fight about for them . Less resources more fighting -
Plus the nations are so small over there the radiation would poison many countries and eventually blow over to N America
