i did it for religious reasons. and now everything's going wrong.

I think it happened because you expected it to.
If you want to fix it, remind yourself again and again that that is silly and just a coincidence - everything is going your way.

Perhaps the act of cutting yourself is bad. In other words negative actions bring negative things. Just a thought. Be kind to yourself;it is more powerful.

You shouldn't do that....that is sacreligious.....what religion are you anyway. God doesn't want us to hurt ourselves. He wants you to take care of yourself. Unless you are practicing witchcraft or some kind of cult ritual, I don't know what would make you do that. Are you depressed ? Are you suicidal? Do you need some attention? Or are you just trying to get a buzz out of people in this category? I hope that is it. I'll pray for you.

Definately wasn't christianity sweetheart. The bible is pretty clear about not harming the temple of the Lord, the Body. Self mutillation is not practiced by Christians.

Bad things happen to everyone, because there is sin in the world. Cutting yourself will not solve anything. It will only hurt you. God wants us to take care of our bodies, because everything that we have, including our bodies, truly belong to God. I would suggest praying instead. It is much more productive. If you pray to God, he promises to always answer your prayers. But bear in mind that God's answer to your prayers will not always be the answer that you want or expect. Please, don't hurt yourself. Talk to God, and let him talk back to you. He speaks to us through his word, the Bible. I wish you the best of luck.
