Is the movie Top Gun? It's one of my favorite movies; however, I was just wondering how much of the things that happen in the movie, actually happen in the real Air Force. Is there really a school for the top pilots?

Believe it or not, this movie is pretty realistic. There really is a Top Gun school in Mirimar, California and a lot of Naval Aviators really are Dumb Asses!

No they don't. They do happen in the Navy and that's what the movie is about. Yes, there is a Top Gun school.
