Sure its possible, but lets get something straight. Just because North Korea has managed to detonate a nuclear chain reaction device does not mean they have a weapon. There is a HUGE difference between what the koreans lit off and a nuclear weapon. They still have to make the device small enough to be delivered to the target, rugged enough to survive the trip (g-forces, vibrations etc.) they have to develop a reliable delivery system and enrich enough material to produce more than a test device.
NORTH KOREA IS LIKELY YEARS AWAY FROM A USEABLE NUCLEAR WEAPON.
Besides, have you ever bought anything made in korea that actually worked? I mean, just look at the Kia.

No,
N korea has no delivery system. IOW they have no way to launch an attack on the US unless they could walk on water, fly 2 km into the air and blow it up over a city.
Don't worry about it. China will give them three month to straighten it out and if Korea doesn't China will "adopt" Korea by marching a million boot over it's border and lining up the establishment against the wall to be shot.
It's China's problem, not North America's. Rest easy.

They are just bluffing to start a war. They just want to build up nuclear weapons in peace. Its like a first time gunman holding a hostage. Police say: Drop the gun and let the hostage go. Gunman is like......No! Go away or I'll shoot. But this gunman is actually scared and doesn't want to shoot.
So, N Korea is the gunman and police is all the other countries.
Get it?

Hopefully China and Japan which are the most likely targets will stop it before it gets that far.
