Actually dandruff is caused by excessive oil on the scalp. Washing more often and with harsh shampoo's make this condition worse. Sounds strange but the more you wash and scrub your scalp, the more oil your scalp will produce and the itcher it will become. Those dandruff shampoo's are rough.

Try a gentler shampoo, something like baby shampoo. Condition lightly. Rinse with cool or at least room temperature water. Hot water makes it bad too. Cut back on the mousse and gels you might put on your hair. Don't scratch with your nails. Nails carry germs. Use the pads of your fingers to massage your scalp. It'll get better in a couple of weeks. No miracle cures though.

Tried a humdifier and don't use too much of heater if it has already become cold. Then oil your hair heavily and soak it for atleast 10 min. before shampooing and use conditioner regularly. Shampoo you hair just once a week but use conditioner whenever you feel you need to clean your hair. That will prevent itchy and dry scalp. Take fish oil tablets.

Try Sea Breeze or apple cider vinegar. They both work. If you use the vinegar, set a bowl in the sink to catch the run off from your hair. Mix 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar to 1 cup of water. Pour through your hair and scalp several times (at least 3). Massage into your scalp with the balls of your fingers. Rinse with water thoroughly. Your hair will shine also. Additional conditioner is optional. Let me know your results.

have you tried nizarol or selsum blue yet?
both works well but you have to follow the directions on the bottles

if all fails mix a bit of regular white vinegar and about 30 drops of wild oil of oregano (sells at local herb stores it can kill any bacteria imaginable) in a spray bottle spray on scalf and massage leave on for 10- 15 minutes and wash off with your choice of shampoo. if you do this every week 2- three times a week that itch will gradually disappear. i had extremely embarassing dry itchy scalf that's what worked for me.

good luck

Benadryl has an anti itch stick. It only runs about $2. Cortaid has a 1% cortisone spray that also works good, but it can be drying.

use head and shoulders, i know you said you tried many shampoos but that has worked for me..
and.. leave it in for awhile, maybe wash in sink instead of shower and then put it in a towel while you leave it in, maybe 10 minutes. then, kind of massage it on your head for about 2 minutes.
now wash your hair.
hopefully this helps.
