Hi there...consider using Nature's Miracle which is found worldwide in any pet store. It's an enzymatic neutralizer and works by soaking the affected areas with the solution to air dry. Mixing it with the laundry will work as well.
Here's a photo of the Nature Miracle product line: http://www.petsmart.com/global/product_large_img.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524441775473&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=282574488339105
We use this product effectively on our uniforms frequently as well as areas where the exotic cats inappropriately may have soiled.

I have four cats, and anyone who has cats knows that cat urine is almost impossible to get out. Mix 1/2-1 cup vinegar to laundry, and wash as normal. Vinegar is great if you want to rid odors.
Another reason to use vinegar in the rinse cycle is that it cuts down on the lint. I put 1/2 to 1 cup in the rinse cycle. I have a long haired white cat and have definitely noticed the reduction in lint since I started using vinegar.

You will need to soak the uniforms in water to which you add about 1-2 cups of white vinegar. Let soak for 24 hours then wash as usual, you need to hang up in the full sun for no less than 3 hours, to kill all the germs. Good luck. The vinegar will not stain the clothes.

I don't know about cat urine, but the Romans used human urine for laundry detergent. So just soak and rinse it in water, and you'll find that it comes out clean, with a very distinct smell.

I'd try a cup of white vinegar in the wash water and fabric softener in the rinse cycle

Try putting them in the washer; hot water and some detergent should do the trick.

Why do you let your cats piss on the uniforms? Maybe you should get a litterbox?!
