Okay sweetie, white people have long hair because for most of them it is easier to grow out. they have a different hair texture, like the way it feels, from black people. Black peoples hair is more coarse and breaks off easily. So many of them use weave or wigs so that they can have long hair.

Not all white people have long hair and some black people do not have long hair.
The length of hair depends on genetics...how people take care of their hair in general.
Some people wear wigs to change their looks...if they lose their hair because of an illness (like cancer, e.g.)

I hate when they think that they are so much better just because their hair are long.They think that they are so popular just because their hair is long.But they do have some that have short hair and some black people hair are long.
