Forget weight loss plan I consume like a horse and I simplest weigh 9 stone. This is what works for me: Eat mostly, if viable each 3 hours, whilst your frame realises that it is getting a constant provide of meals it raises it is metabolism, burning energy faster and is way much less more likely to retailer energy as fats. When consuming attempt to consume plenty of top protein meals and do not move too tough at the carbs. Try move convenient on trans and saturated fat even though you're allowed the bizarre deal with. Drink tons of water! At least one gallon in line with day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are O.K however they don' depend toward your total water consumption. As for undertaking I do a little mild weight coaching 4 days per week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing computer) 2 days per week with one days leisure. There is a normal perception that doing cardiovascular undertaking on an empty belly is helping burn energy. This is absolute garbage don't do it. Weight coaching is a well inspiration as muscle groups burns plenty of vigor, even whilst you sleep. You do not have got to come to be Mr/Mrs universe however any fats tissue which you'll be able to convert to muscle groups is not going to simplest make you seem bigger however expand your metabolism. Getting tons of sleep may be principal whilst seeking to construct muscle. Good Luck

The wheat bread is great if it's whole wheat. The rice is not, anything white is pure sugar and you should stay away from it, unless it's brown rice. The thing is though brown rice doesn't taste as good as white. You need to include more veggies.

It would be really healthy if you were trying to build muscles. Eating that would be A LOT of carbs, and the carbs will help you build muscle, which may help you lose fat, but probably not exactly the weight you want. A fresh cut of fish for dinner would be totally healthy. And for breakfast I would suggest some kind of Dairy product whether it be cereal (no sugar!) or a yogurt. For lunch, a sandwhich would be healthy, and it will help with the workouts (if there are any involved)
GOOD LUCK!!!

If you're on a diet, why are you eating so much bread? Skip the bread and rice. Both can have high fat contents. Eat some fresh fruit and veggies.

Do you want your hair to fall out? Do you want to lose bone and muscle mass - that will affect you in your old age and make you weak and brittle? I didn't think so. You need to eat enough protein at each of your meals. You need to eat plenty of fiber to help you feel full and fiber carries the fat out of your body. Take a multi vitamin too - make sure you get plenty of nutrients. Make sure you excercise - aerobic and weight train to maintain your muscle. Muscle is what speeds up your metabolism and helps you lose weight. People who crash diet - like you described... Loss muscle mass and lose their ability to burn calories and that is why they gain back the weight and then some when they go off of their diet. Take your time and do it right. Read this excellent book about how to diet with out self -sabotaging yourself: "Strong Women Stay Thin".

If your body could talk it would beg you not to crash diet - take it slow and do it right and you will not have a weight problem again.

No, it's really not. First of all one piece of bread is'nt a very heathy breakfast. Second, That is way to many carbs, causes heavy weight loss without a good exersice routine. So, all in all, no it's not very heathy.

No, but then you already knew that. Eat healthy and exercise. Diet alone will never cause you to lose real weight. All you'll lose is muscle mass. I lost 55 pounds the hard way!! EXERCISE!!!!
