Ive been doing some excsersise
This morning i woke my muscles felt sore and numb shud i resume my training or wait till tomorrow?

you can train but not the same muscles.

IE if you did biceps yesterday and they hurt today do your triceps

basic rule is give your mucles between 48 and 72 hours to recover/build before exercising the same muscles again, no matter how advanced you are.
