In My opinion, You should chose a church that does more than makes you feel good. To often we tend feel good and not do any work.
The church should not be so willing to condemn. If the preacher allows his people to sell the front row pews to the highest bidder, I say find another place of worship.

That is a very personal choice. Why don't you pick a few and try the services. I am assuming that you are christian, because you used the word church. So try different denominations and see which one you connect with.

One that is doctrinally sound, believe and teach the basic beliefs of Christianity, Biblically based, and one who reaches out to the lost. Avoid those who play fast and loose with Scripture (female elders, allowing certain sins that are politically correct, denying the veracity of Scripture, emotionally based, non-thinking. etc).

You really need to pray to God about this. Also, read the New Testament and pray over it as you read. God will help you to decide which church is best.

Whichever one suits you best.
No one but you can choose the right church for you - all anyone else can do is choose the right church for themselves.
