My friend likes to "control" everyone and have them do as he says. He likes "power and money" and that motivates him to do things. He swears at people and "muscles" them. Right now he feels he is right about everything and knows the law etc. He has done a few things that have gotten many people angry and he just seems to think they are wrong and he will "sue them for it". I find it all childish and silly ,but he needs some treatment for his behaviour. What will it be ?

Sounds like he needs his ego de-flatted. I am not sure what would be the best thing, however people has "let" him do this to them. They do have a choice, either yes they will do what he asks or not they wont. I could not handle a friend like that. I do think he need some professional help. I hope he doesnt treat you this way also.

I really think that he needs to figure out that he is being a jerk himself. But, if you are his friend, maybe you could kind of hint that the people that dislike him might be 1/2 way right.

in mt opinion humans that have ego problems, espesially ones that huge, are very dangerous and the closest thing to a cure would be to die, not that i'm saying you should kill him, i'm just saying that those who have such control issues can be VERY dangerous and i would suggest not being friends with him anymore... though that could make him snap. if he does snap you are permitted to defend yourself however.

This doesn't sound like a friend to me. He sounds more like the enemy that you want to keep close. (i.e keep your friends close and your enemies closer)
