1. No car.
2. No TV.
(step 2 is especially affective if she watches a special show or has been wanting to watch an upcoming show on TV)
3. Clean up everything.
4. Extra chores might also be in order.
5. No cell phone unless for after school activities.
6. No going to the mall with friends.
Do this for about 1-2 weeks.
But before, give her a nice long lecture.
It might be good to repeat the lecture AFTER the week(s) too.
The possibilities are endless.
Be creative and have fun!

Oh my gosh! How horrible! I guess the only thing you can do is get your wife behind you & make the girl clean, repair & pay for the mess. She will need to get a job to pay for her distruction & maybe that will keep her too busy to cause any more problems. I think most people that destroy others property don't think of the cost or time & trouble it took to get the object (ie: little brats in a mall parking lot keying cars).

You might also want to consider with your wife cutting her off $ wise. No more shopping trips or extra spending money beyond what she absolutely has to have (bus fare, lunch money...). Make her pay for what she wants & you'll probably see her start to respect property much more.

Take away any posessions that she holds dear such as a tv in her room or a music player. Tell her she's not getting a penny until she's paid back the damage she's done and apologises.
