Yes.. at the age of 11. I saw the spirit of my grandfather, some days after his death.. and he was standing there like it was his way to say goodbye..or I'll be there for you.. I 'll be watching you...I'll never forget his figure..

Damn, same thing as me. But I was about 12 at the time. I have BP too. And a difficult life. But my spirit was evil. Never spoke to me but just glared menacingly at me. Occurred about 20-30 times.

what did you see? we all see things now and then, and some of them could be construed as "spirits," but we often dismiss them as hallucinations. yes, i've seen what i believe are spirits occasionally over the years, but then, i'm an old broad. what did you see when you were four?
