If you're just getting into pilates, I'd recommend Pilates for Dummies. The instructor is quite pleasant, she explains all of the moves, and the workout itself is pretty good considering it's an introductory workout. I've been doing pilates forever and I always come back to this one. HTH!

Well, I don't know if it is the best but it is certainly one of my favorites. I like Denise Austin's Power Zone--Standing Pilates. It is an excellent workout.

there are a range of strong routines that contain pilates, yet also comprise low impression aerobics, and different routines to tone your muscle mass, advance your center and burn fat. one among my favorites is faster Jam.
