Rush inside to kitchen. Boil water. Drop in bag. Boil. Retrieve bag. Cut open...add to other ingredients...If this "complex" recipe has already been combined, I'd call for takeout, or serve it anyway and watch everyone lie and say "It's sooo delicious...I just must have this recipe!"

Number 1: Don't panic( at least not right now)
Number 2: Get out that big fry pan or skillet
Number 3: Rince your rice with water and drain, notice how it doesn't stick anymore?
Get that skillet hot add a bit of oil and fry that rice to as dry as you want it. (sticky rice is caused by gluten, which you washed away)

I just reread your Q sorry I thought it was just rice and being that the dish was so complex I guess you can't just rinse it fry and add the rinsed away ingredients

Without knowing what other ingredients are in the dish, it's hard to say. You could try microwaving it and stirring it frequently, if that's possible. Be careful that you don't overcook the other ingredients and/or make the rice too dry.

It's too late. Next time don't stir the rice because it releases the starch and causes it to stick. Use a fork to fluff lightly.
