They did upgrade the site about a week ago but I have been able to get in since. My recipe box etc has all come across OK too.
Maybe try refreshing the page and typing the address again - making sure you spell it correctly allrecipes.com (not allrecipies.com like you have above).

I got in with no problem. Try running disc cleanup. Start, programs, accessories, system tools then disc cleanup.
You might have a stale page.
Also, this happened to me once. I couldn't get into a site for months. I finally deleted my host files and it worked great. Here's an excellent utility for managing your host files. I've had it for months and it's free. It's the Hostman 3 Beta.

you are misspelling it.
the correct spelling is allrecipes.com
