how do you know what the actual size of the print-out is going to be from the screen display?

okay well so there are two ways..

you could either use the File>Page Setup option and modify the slide dimensions not just for the printout but also for the on-screen presentation.. (would be fine if u are not delivering an on-screen presentation or are not bothered if ur on-screen demo's dimensions are changed)

the other option is File>Print in the Print dialogue box, click on PROPERTIES next to printer name. Under the paper tab, select the desired size. Press OK. Check the Scale to Fit Paper option. This should also work.

do a PAGE SET-UP for the file or in every SLIDE
