I have 3 spirit guides that I know by name, Steve, Carley and Melanie.
Steve is my main spirit guide and I have contact with him the most, then Carley and leastly Melanie.
Steve straightens out my confusion. Carley brings me peace of mind and Melanie comforts me.

No. But not from lack of trying. I've tried for years to communicate with my spirit guide. I've often thought that I must not have one. This makes me feel terrible like I'm less deserving but I have no idea why. On the other hand, I've had some strange experiences that make me think *someone* is there. I guess my guide is just shy. :)

For a long time, I thought my spirit guide was my friend Gregg who transitioned about 12 years ago. But then I did a very intense meditation - and met my spirit guide. He is kind of a yucky beige/off white color - and looks a bit like an alien. I have not really bonded with him yet - so no - we don't communicate.

What do you mean by 'believers'? I don't know the true names of my spirit guides. I think to do that would bind them to me. So, I talked to them and we agreed on a name. Most of the time it was just something out of a book I read and adapted.
Sure I talk to them. That's why it's so much fun to know one.

I am told that I have a guardian angel named Sonya and a spirit guide that wants to be referred to as "I am" - that might just be my higher self, I guess. I have not really developed a personal relationships with these folks by having general conversations - but I do spend a lot of time on internal dialogue and try to quiet my mind with yoga. Maybe I am communicating with them at that time, but I am just used to thinking of it all just being me (cause that is what it seems like - talking to myself). How about you?

Yes, the name of my Spirit guide is Jesus! The Spirit of Christ lives in me and guides my steps every day. Usually I do most of the talking but occasionally He will let me know something that He wants me to do.
FYI, there are also demonic spirits who seek to deceive people and lead them away from God and to the pit of Hell. They reveal secrets to people that they know from the spirit realm and they masquerade as good spirits from God.

my spirit guide name is pinky. We talk often. Hes a Raiders fan which pisses me off, but he like little boys so hes going to hell
