Dont make plans--- they confuse the issue and are timewasters.JUST DO IT!!!
start going for walks when you can . Fast and long, then as you start to feel better that work out a programme. dont make plans make a programme--- and remember that it takes a lot longer than you would believe to make progress. All these reality shows like Biggest Loser are not realistic those people are specially chosen and it takes a real person three or four times as long to get fit as they do.
