God and Jesus are two separate personalities.
The idea of the trinity (God & Jesus being one with the Holy spirit) is a teaching borrowed from paganism. People worshiped gods in the form of triads long before Jesus came to earth.
Jesus does live in heaven with his Father but they are two separate persons.

JOHN 1:18 - no man has seen God AT ANY TIME (many saw Jesus)
JOHN 14:28 - the Father is greater than the Son (contradicting the trinity teaching that they are co-equal etc)

Jesus is the mediator between God and man
A mediator cannot be one of the two parties, it must be a separate person entirely

And, like you rightly said..Jesus was talking to another individual when he said those words "Father, father, why have you forsaken me..."

There is only 1 God. In the same way we are body, mind and spirit, and these can be in conflict or in harmony with each other, so it is with God.

God The Father is infinite, unknowable, all-powerful. God The Son is physical, corporeal. He is God manifiest in a finite world. He is the only way we can understand God as everything He did or said was out of willing obedience to God the Father and in the power of God The Holy Spirit. God The Holy Spirit is God in action in The Universe, He is the one that brings God The Father's commands into existence. He inhabits His people, those that are loyal to God.

to the other guy that says the trinity is not in the bible i disagree. Starting in Genesis, we have the verse
Gen 1:26 And God said, Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness.
"us" and "our" is referring to Jesus and the Holy Spirit, they were with God before the creation.
Jesus said in John 10:30 I and the Father are one!
several verses referring to Mary conceiving clearly state that she was impregnated by the Holy Spirit. Therefore if Jesus and the spirit are one and jesus and the father are one, you have three in one with God the Father at the head.
To answer you question about why Jesus asked the Father why he had been forsaken, think about this. Jesus had to leave the heavenly realms to come to earth, live as a human, take on the sins of the world and die. Up until the point of his crucifixion, He and the Father were still "one." But when he took on our sins on the cross, God had to separate Himself from Jesus because God cannot be in the presence of sin, which Jesus had taken upon Himself. For the first time in eternity, God and the Son were not "one" they were separated by sin, just like you and I are until we accept what Jesus has done for us. At His resurrection they were reunited, but for a short time, Jesus truly was forsaken by God, just like all unbelievers are. That had to be worse than any physical pain Jesus experienced on the cross. Hope that helps.

I could not speak for jesus and i'm not sure he said this. However i can say "God dwells within you as you" . You are a being of light, spirit, made in the image an likeness of God,your purpose is being. it could be said that you are a sophisticated holograph of GOD,an in the end will merge back from whence you came.

The Trinity doctrine teaches that Jesus is God Almighty. Did Jesus forsake himself here? If the Trinity is true then why is Jesus "will" not the same "will" as his Fathers? What does the Bible teach about doctrines that are not found in the Bible?
1 Timothy 6:3-5 we read, ”If anyone advocates a different doctrine and does not agree with sound words, those of our Lord Jesus Christ, and with the doctrine conforming to godliness, he is conceited and understands nothing; but he has a morbid interest in controversial questions and disputes about words, out of which arise envy, strife, abusive language, evil suspicions, and constant friction between men of depraved mind and deprived of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain.”

According to 1 Timothy 6:3-5 Any doctrine that does not use "sound words" or “those of our Lord Jesus Christ,” must be a “different doctrine” or false doctrine. Men who teach such doctrines are "deprived of the truth.”
The most common "words" or phrases used by men who teach the Trinity doctrine are listed here:
“Trinity, The Holy Trinity, Triune, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit, The Godhead, three in one, three persons, first person, second person, third person, three persons in one Godhead...”
These Trinitarian "words" or phrases were never spoken by "our Lord Jesus Christ" and do not appear anywhere in the inspired scriptures of Gods word the Holy Bible. If the words needed to support the Trinity doctrine are not found anywhere in the scriptures then how can it be supported? It must be a “different doctrine” not taught by "our Lord Jesus Christ." We find phrases such as “The Son of God.” not “God the Son.” The above words used to support the Trinity doctrine are truly not “sound words” nor are they “those of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Nowhere in the original languages of Gods word the Bible do we find God revealed as three persons in one, but always as one God. This is the TRUTH and no Trinitarian can prove otherwise. Jesus said at John 8:31-32, “If YOU remain in my word, YOU are really my disciples, and YOU will know the truth, and the truth will set YOU free.” Trinitarians do not remain in Jesus words and that is an absolute FACT! The word Trinity itself is a word Jesus never spoke! Not even in Greek or any other language spoken on this Earth. So if we really want to "know the truth" then we should do as Jesus said and stick to his word and not add any other words to it. Jesus said he is the Son of God and came to do his Fathers will not his own. Changing this simple TRUTH into a complicated TRINITY doctrine has done nothing more than serve Satan's purpose and hide the TRUTH about God.

Jesus said at Mark 12:29 "Hear, O Israel, Jehovah our God is one Jehovah." You notice Jesus said our, this is because Jehovah is Jesus' God as well. Jesus is God's first creation, his first born of creation son. He created him just as assuredly as he created Adam whom he also called son, but Jesus was created an invisible spirit person in heaven before anything else was created, and Jehovah and Jesus spend eons of time together before they together created all else. Jesus before coming to earth is known as Michael the Archangel.
