students from rural areas interior indian states, need much awareness rather than the city dwelling students. also they do not have sufficeint educational facilities to equip them to meet the standards required by the competitive world. any institution coach special course/or conduct general improvement examination for those educationally backward students; the course must comprise of all sthe subjeacts that are covered during primary,high school and secondary education collectively.

NCERT books are extremely good to impart all round education.
Students are supposed to imbibe from these books up class 12.
It is the book that is more important and learning from them rather than making a distinction between rural and urban.There no short cut to knowledge.Get one CD of encyclopedia Britannica. It is also a repository of knowledge.You can learn become an erudite scholar from any part of the world, however remote it is.There are several institutes in Delhi and elsewhere from where you get learning materials. u dont need a university in ur motherland or a foriegn town to teach u basics.
Just like charity begins at home, so do manners, love for neighbors, family, ur environment and so forth.
The best way to learn about this is to join one of the following while in school or college
NCC, scouts, and later the army, navy and airforce. Here u will not only learn about science in general, but u will learn the anatomy physiology and the mentality of some traitors.
