My neighbour ran for the President job on our condo Board. He got intosome dispute with the condo lawyer and the property manager at a meeting and yelled at them. They left the meeting and he continued to yell at them as they left. They calle dthe police and he is charged with verbal abuse and physical abuse. He says they "staged it all". I am uncertain as an owner and friend as to how a 35 year old man must "yell" and "swear" at people. What is the "legal' position on all this from the viewpoint of a judge?

Most assualt wording includes language that is somthing simliar to verbal communication in which a person feels threatened or intimidated. That is also considered assault. Sounds like the prosecutor has a good case.
