Ok, so basically I have to organize things into groups. There are 7 groups,
1. People you find in a hospital,
2. Things you find in a hospital,
3. things you find in a medicine cabinet,
4. accidents, sicknesses and heridas (I don't know what heridas means)
5. Symptoms of sicknesses,
6. Remidies, and
7. Parts of the body.
Here are the words I need to catagorize:
el yodo
el maquilla
el desodorante
las muelas
el vertigo (accent on the e)
el algodon (accent above the 2nd o)
el descanso
el enyeso
el cansancio
la quemadura

Thanks so much !

Jeez guys, I don't need you to criticize me for not doing my homework, because I DID do most of this project, there were like 60 words that I already catogorized, I just have 10 that I don't know.

Why don't you just do your homework by yourself?

Emily, what if I tell you what each word means in English and you categorize them? That's not cheating, is it...

El Yodo is: Iodine.

El Maquillaje is: Makeup.

El desodorante is: Deodorant.

Las muelas are: Molars.

El vértigo is: Vertigo.

El algodón is: Cotton.

El descanso is: To rest.

El enyeso is: To apply a cast (as to a broken arm).

El cansancio is: Tiredness.

La quemadura is: A burn.

I hope this helps.

H

Then again, I can be wrong. The bot won't answer me. Why don't you just get your spanish book or something? Ask your teacher about it, and how your not really understanding what each word means if you were to organize it. I ask my teachers, so that way I iz smertar. Lol :]. Well anyway just look it up on the internet or check the definitions in the back of your book. Pretty sure they appear in either place.

someone will help u im sure but ive got something to say here:

i find this a very stupid piece of homework. youre going to learn just 10 words (that u could just look up in a dictionary) and to do that they ask u to rack your brains with that categorization with parts that overlap, empty categories etc etc

Spanish from Spain is vastly distinct from the only utilized in such a lot Latin America, nevertheless on this unique undertaking the honour in now not quintessential. Anyway, it is supplying you with solutions and asking you to jot down questions that could obtain those solutions. a million. Mi padre se llama Tom (My father's title is Tom) ¿Cómo se llama su padre? (What's your father's title) two.No, no tengo un tio (No, I would not have an uncle) ¿Tiene usted un tío? (Do you might have an uncle?) three. hay catorce personas mi familia (There are fourteen individuals in my loved ones) ¿Cuantas personas hay en su familia? (How many individuals are there to your loved ones?) four. Si mi sobrina es sorda (Yes, my niece is deaf) ¿Es sorda su sobrina? (Is your niece deaf?) five. Su hermana u.s. lentes (His/her sister wears glasses) ¿Usa lentes su hermana? (Does his/her sister put on glasses?) 6. Ella es mi nieta (She's my granddaughter) ¿Quien es ella? (Who is she?) - or - ¿Es ella su nieta? ( Is she your granddaughter?) For this I'm making use of the extra formal "usted" alternatively of "tu". They can be utilized interchangeably, however usted is extra probably utilized in formal written duties for individuals finding out Spanish. Hope this is helping! :)

I know I'm in spanish 2, but this might help.

mantequilla means butter. maquilla means something close to butter?

descansar means to rest. descanso probably means 'one who rests.'

Try doing that with the words.

Or just go to a translator site.
