In the security field, does the OPOTA have any weight to your resume?

OPOTA seems to mean Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy.

If you flunked or got expelled, I'd think you'd not mention the fact. If you were not hired, there might be some awkward questions about why.

If you are/were a cop, of course you mention it -- unless you got kicked off the force.
